Rental Сonditions

June, July, August:  minimum stay 7 nights starting saturdays
May, September minimum 7 days starting any day
November, December, January, February, March, April  not available
Arrival time: 4pm to 6pm
Departure: 10am
40% payment at reservation and 60% 45 days before check in
Maximum for a party of twelve
Pets not allowed inside the house 
Included in rental:
Cleaning from Monday to Saturday   
Clean sheets and towels once a week on Saturday
Pool and garden maintenance
Basic toiletries
Welcome pack

Not included in  rental 
Cooking, dish washing and ironing
Additional services available upon agreed extra charge 

Security Deposit:
Customers are required to pay € 2.500 security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation happens 45 days or more prior to check in , 100% of the reservation deposit  will be retained; for cancellations with lesser notice, the full rental fee will be retained
