October, November, February, March and April minimum 2 weeks starting any day

Arrival time: 4pm to 6pm
Departure: 10am
30% payment at reservation and 70% 60 days before arrival.
For a party of twelve, up to 14 people with extra charge

Included in the price:
Cleaning from Monday to Saturday (9pm to 1pm)  and final cleaning at departure
Clean sheets and towels every Saturday
Pool and garden maintenance
Basic toiletries
Welcome pack

Ecluded from rental price 
Cooking and dish washing

Security Deposit:
Customers are required to pay € 1.500 security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY
60 days or more prior to the arrival date, 100% of the security deposit  will be retained; for cancellations with less notice, the full rental fee will be retained.
